The Cobra front tank reel is meant to be used with the drag hose system. While making a turn the injector can be closed while the pump continues pumping slurry into the buffer tank of the Cobra and added to the slurry flow during the next work run. To achieve this a pump with a hydraulic drive is mounted. A return valve ensures the safety of the system. A hydraulically controlled valve can be controlled simultaneously with the main valve of the (Spider) injector. To allow the machine to be used universally a hose reel is integrated which can carry approximately 600 meters of hose ΓΈ125 mm. The reel has a newly designed safety bar which ensure that when rolling up the hose it cannot come between the reel and the frame.
